Ready to go the nine yards?
Now those of you who are friends with me on Facebook or Pinterest will know that I like to post pictures of a fit body as much as the next girl, but for the rest of you this may be a revelation. It is however true! A man who takes care of his physique and works out deserves to be admired.
Any body that has been exercised and looks cared for should be admired, not just men.
How do they get in shape though?
Many do sports. Popular ones, as I'm sure you'll know, are football, volleyball, basketball. Others enjoy more individual sports such as cycling, running, swimming. Men can even be found at the gym lifting weights. But…….Have you ever seen one doing T-Tapp?!
One question I have been asked is…..Can a man get a 'ripped' body doing exercise that doesn't involve running from pillar to post or lifting increasingly heavier weights?
Now, I can hear you saying 'nope, u-hu, no way!'
I can hear the sound of your earrings jangling while you shake your head!
Well, I'm so sorry to disappoint you but the answer is yes, they can!
Men may look at T-Tapp and see a rather calm and serene form of exercise, except for when I'm shouting my instructions out! They may see a bunch of people, primarily women, standing in funny looking positions that quite frankly the lads at the club could never get into!
What they don't see, however, is what is going on underneath that calm exterior. They can't see the muscles screaming and sweating!
T-Tapp is an extremely complex fitness programme. It may look easy but, believe me, it's not! The exercises are intense and work deep within the muscles. Increasing bone density as well as muscle strength. Each exercise uses leverage isometrics, which means that you use your muscle and strength to create resistance for your muscles to work against. You can never tire of T-Tapp and it never becomes easy!
Ask the girls I train. They can tell you that they now have muscles that they never KNEW they had before! They will also tell you that each and every time they do a workout with me they sweat and never feel that it is easy.
I have a challenge for you. Whether you are a man or a woman you need to try T-Tapp. You need to 'feel and experience' what I'm talking about.
So, my challenge to you is to try this exercise below and then come on over to my Facebook page, Colourmefit , and tell me how you felt.
I want you to understand the difference in intensity between a standard exercise and a T-Tapp exercise.
Are you brave enough to take my challenge? Let's see just how many of you are!
Learn how you can burn fat and build muscles without using weights. If you are a man your muscles will grow bigger, you bulk up more easily than women do.
Let's see if you really can go the nine yards!
